6.2. Service agreements

When you order our services, you will enter into a separate service agreement that contains specific terms, prices, deadlines and other relevant information. This agreement will take precedence over these General Terms of Use in case of any inconsistencies.

7. Payment and cancellation

For our SaaS services (e.g. CRM systems):

• Payment is monthly or yearly according to the chosen plan
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not refund already paid periods

8. Disclaimer
